Liability Waiver and Hold Harmless Agreement
In consideration of utilizing the Service by way of Upset the World, LLC., Mentor U! University, The Balm Counseling Center, LLC., Whole Woman Co., Upset the Vows, Dearly Beloved and/orCouples Coaching & Counseling, LLC., I (the undersigned) acknowledge that I am fully aware of the risks and hazards connected to use of the Service, including physical injury or even death, and I VOLUNTARILY ASSUME FULL RESPONSIBILITY FOR ANY RISKS OR LOSS,PROPERTY DAMAGE, OR PERSONAL INJURY, INCLUDING DEATH, that may be sustained by me, or loss or damage to property owned by me, as a result of participation with this Service. I hereby RELEASE, WAIVE, DISCHARGE, AND COVENANT NOT TO SUE, the named signatories, separately and individually, and their associates, hereby agree that they, or their corporations, partnerships, divisions, subsidiaries, employees, agents, consultants, principals, parents or other business relations (hereinafter referred to as RELEASEES) from any and all liability, claims, demands, actions and causes of action whatsoever arising out of or related to any loss, damage, or injury, including death, that may be sustained by me, or to any property belonging to me, while utilizing the Service.

It is your expressed intent that this release and hold harmless agreement shall bind the members of your family, if you are alive, and your heirs, assigns and personal representative, if you are deceased, and shall be deemed as a RELEASE, WAIVER, DISCHARGE, and COVENANT NOT TO SUE the above named RELEASEES. You hereby further agree that this Agreement shall be constructed in accordance with the laws of the State of Texas. In using this website and the Service, you acknowledge and represent, that you have read the forgoing Liability Waiver and Hold Harmless Agreement, that you understand it, and that you agree to it voluntarily as my own free act and deed; that no oral representations, statements or inducements, apart from the fore going written agreements have been made; and that YOU EXECUTE THIS RELEASE FOR FULL, ADEQUATE AND COMPLETE CONSIDERATION FULLY INTENDING TO BE BOUND BY SAME.

If this has been agreed upon by a person under eighteen (18) years of age, then the parent or guardian must agree to this agreement before such minor is allowed to utilize the Service. You represent and warrant that you are the parent or legal guardian of the above minor(“Minor”). You consent to the Minor’s utilization of the Service. You have read the foregoing agreement and You consent to its execution by the Minor. You agree that all its terms and conditions of the foregoing agreement are incorporated into this agreement by reference, and that you are bound thereto. You agree that neither the Minor, nor you, will revoke or disaffirm the foregoing agreement or this agreement at any time. You agree to indemnify and hold the Releasees harmless from and against any and all claims, liabilities, costs or expenses, including reasonable attorney’s fees.

Last updated 6/10/2024 that may arise from the breach or alleged breach by the Minor or by you of the foregoing agreement or of this agreement.

Content
Our Service allows you to post, link, store, share, and otherwise make available certain information, text, graphics, videos, or other material ("Content"). You are responsible for the Content that you post on or through the Service, including its legality, reliability, and appropriateness.

Termination
